About All Trade
The All Trade Group was launched twenty years ago in 2002 after the .com bubble burst. Good quality expensive equipment, that had been used by companies which were either downsized or closed, was being offered in the market, and All Trade proved to be an efficient and professional player in selling it to its customers in Israel and abroad.
Over the years, the Group has grown and developed into a significant factor in the entire value chain of the computer and electronics industry. It is active in three sectors: computing, recycling, investments and has a sales volume of hundreds of millions of NIS per year. The Group serves thousands of organizations and companies in Israel and around the world. The main shareholders in the Group are the Reichman family and Teddy Sagi.
The All Trade Group consists of three arms of activity, which together create a perfect solution for planning, purchasing, assimilation, reuse and recycling in the field of computing and electronics.
The first arm is technology – through Chayon Technologies, a company that specializes in advanced computing solutions for companies and organizations. The company provides new and refurbished organizational computing equipment, as well as OEM equipment from 20 manufacturers of the world’s leading brands, alongside providing solutions for integration, complex projects, enterprise computing systems services, outsourcing and Helpdesk.
In addition, Chayon Technologies owns the IT specialists company ELK Information Technologies, the brands Get Deal – an advanced factory for renewing computer equipment for private customers, and BIG – a manufacturer of Thin Client computing equipment.
The second arm in the Group is recycling, which operates through All Recycling, which already manages two existing recycling facilities with an output of approximately 30,000 tons per year.
The company provides services for collection, treatment, consulting, dismantling of factories or production lines, disposal, reuse (ITAD), shredding and destruction of information and recycling of electronic, metallic, and in the near future, plastic waste. All Recycling collects all equipment marked for dismantling, including materials and waste of negative recycling value. The company operates according to strict environmental standards and in its processes produces metals from waste, an industry known as “Urban Mining.”
The third arm is investment. The All Trade Group is committed to investing in ideas and developments that make the world better, cleaner and in a way that benefits the entire Group.
All Trade’s investment arm is open to ideas and innovations and is looking for investments in companies and ventures in the Group’s areas of business that are synergistic to it. For example, the group has invested in “Edri 8” – digital, smart, high-quality digital, remote controlled outdoor signage.

Ran Laor
CFO of All Trade Group
Ran has near 30 years of experience in CFO positions and senior management positions in large companies, public and private. Ran joined the All Trade Group in March 2021 after serving 10 years as Finance VP and Deputy CEO of Novolog. Ran is a graduate of the Department of Economics and Accounting, Tel Aviv University, and is a certified public accountant.
